So I’m more of a “big idea” kind of guy. I don’t do real well with details sometimes. For example, writing a 50,000 word novel in 30 days is a great idea. Making the time to write 1,667 words per night is an important detail to overlook.
In my defense, November is a particularly difficult month for me to write a novel in. It includes the first report cards of the year as well as parent-teacher conferences. The time it takes to prepare for these, and all the assessments involved, is nothing to sneeze at. Which also was a problem – all but maybe 5 of the 30 days which hath November I was in some state of sickness.
